NVOP’s 28th Annual Veterans Stand Down

Today, a Stand Down is also a powerful community event dedicated to supporting our Veterans throughout the country. The NVOP has proudly hosted this event for the past 27 years—bringing together service providers, community partners, and volunteers to help thousands of Veterans across the San Antonio area.

If your non-profit organization or business is ready to connect with the local community and serve our Veterans, we’d love for you join us!

Non-Profit Organization Vendor Registration


Business Vendor Registration

 

Each participating Non-Profit Organization or Business will receive:

• One (1) 6-ft table
• Admission for up to two (2) staff members
• Opportunity to engage directly with Veterans in need

Important Information:

• Your entity may bring and set up one standard 8×8 canopy tent the afternoon prior to the event but no later than 8 am on the day of the event
• No refunds will be issued for this event
• Limit: one table per organization
• Prior to the event, each attending staff member (maximum of 2) must print, sign, & email the Release Waiver of Liability & Code of Conduct event forms
