Stand Down 2025

Each organization will receive one 6ft table and admission for up to two staff members. A canopy tent may be brought only if rain is forecasted. All attendees must complete and return the waiver before the event. No refunds and only one table per organization.
🎖️What is a Stand Down?
Originally a military term for rest and recovery, today a Stand Down is a powerful community event dedicated to supporting our Veterans. NVOP has proudly hosted this event for 26 years—bringing together service providers, community partners, and hundreds of Veterans across the San Antonio area.
Be Part of the Mission
If your organization is ready to connect with and serve local Veterans, we’d love to have you join us!
Each participating organization will receive:
- One (1) 6-ft table
- Admission for up to two (2) staff members
- Opportunity to engage directly with Veterans in need
Important Information:
- Canopy tents may be brought only if rain is forecasted
- Each attending staff member (maximum of 2) must complete a waiver sent in your email confirmation prior to the event
- No refunds will be issued for this event
- Limit: one table per organization
